How to monitor the humidity of my terrarium?
A closed terrarium, which is airtight, maintains its internal humidity.
How to check if it needs watering? If there is condensation on the walls, everything is fine! If there is no more condensation, it means the inside of your terrarium lacks water, so you can add a small amount and observe the evapotranspiration over the next few days. Conversely, if water is running down the glass walls, there is too much water! In that case, open the lid for a few days to let some water evaporate.
What is the best light for my terrarium?
The terrarium generally needs light but not direct sunlight! A good rule of thumb is to provide at least 4 to 6 hours of light per day. Also, remember to rotate it occasionally so that each plant gets some light.
What should I do if my terrarium arrives damaged or sick?
If your terrarium arrives damaged or sick, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the damaged terrarium and/or plant along with your order number. We are committed to providing a replacement as soon as possible.
