How do I water my plant correctly?
The frequency of watering depends on the type of plant, the size of the pot, and environmental conditions (temperature, light, humidity). In general, it is advisable to check the soil moisture before watering: if the soil feels dry to the touch about 2-3 cm deep, it is time to water. To prevent root rot, make sure the pot has good drainage.
What is the best light for my plant?
Each plant has specific light requirements. Some plants prefer direct sunlight, while others thrive in shade or indirect light. Check the recommendations for your plant type and place it in a suitable location. A good rule of thumb is to provide at least 4 to 6 hours of light per day.
What should I do if my plant arrives damaged or sick?
If your plant arrives damaged or sick, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the damaged plant along with your order number. We are committed to providing a replacement as soon as possible.
