Where do our flowers come from?
We place great importance on the origin of our flowers.
Most of our producers are based in Belgium and neighboring countries (Netherlands, Germany, France), as well as Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
In addition to reducing the carbon footprint, this also ensures better freshness thanks to a short supply chain.
How to care for my flowers?
To prolong the beauty of your fresh flowers, here are some care tips: From the first day, trim each stem by 2 centimeters at an angle with a pruner or a sharp knife, then place your bouquet in a vase filled with lukewarm water. Next, add the floral elixir sachet included in your package. By repeating these simple steps every two days, your bouquet will stay beautiful for longer. Cut flowers do not like direct light, so place your vase in a room away from direct sunlight.
What to do if my flowers arrive damaged?
Each bouquet or floral arrangement is carefully prepared by our florists.
It can happen that transport may damage one or another flower, although this is extremely rare. You then have the option to send a claim by email on the same day, attaching photos.
How do I water my plant correctly?
The frequency of watering depends on the type of plant, the size of the pot, and environmental conditions (temperature, light, humidity). In general, it’s advisable to check the soil moisture before watering: if the soil is dry to the touch about 2-3 cm deep, it’s time to water. To avoid root rot, make sure the pot has good drainage.
What is the best light for my plant?
Each plant has specific light requirements. Some plants prefer direct sunlight, while others thrive in shade or indirect light. Check the recommendations for your type of plant and place it in a suitable location. A good rule of thumb is to provide at least 4 to 6 hours of light per day.
What should I do if my plant arrives damaged or sick?
If your plant arrives damaged or sick, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the damaged plant along with your order number. We are committed to providing a replacement as soon as possible.

How to monitor the humidity of my terrarium?
A closed terrarium, which is airtight, maintains its internal humidity.
How to check if it needs watering? If there is condensation on the walls, everything is fine! If there is no more condensation, it means the inside of your terrarium lacks water, so you can add a small amount and observe the evapotranspiration over the next few days. Conversely, if water is running down the glass walls, there is too much water! In that case, open the lid for a few days to let some water evaporate.
The terrarium generally needs light but not direct sunlight! A good rule of thumb is to provide at least 4 to 6 hours of light per day. Also, remember to rotate it occasionally so that each plant gets some light.
How to care for my dried flowers?
Dried flower bouquets are a wonderful way to add a touch of nature to your home without the maintenance constraints of fresh flowers. To keep them beautiful longer, just follow a few simple steps. Avoid moisture, as it can cause mold. Place them in a dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade the flowers. Occasionally, gently dust them with a soft brush or a hairdryer on low heat to prevent dust buildup. Finally, if you notice that some flowers are starting to deteriorate, it’s easy to replace them to maintain the bouquet’s harmony. With these precautions, your dried flowers will remain a charming and durable decorative element.
Is it a surprise gift?
We always call the recipient for logistical and efficiency reasons. However, we simply introduce ourselves and tell them that we have flowers to deliver, without saying who they are from. For this, the message card can obviously be useful. It may happen that the recipient forces us to give the sender’s name, otherwise they refuse the delivery. In that case, we provide it.
And what if the recipient does not answer? Depending on the situation, we either take our chances or postpone the delivery until we get a response. If we have gone there and no one is present, we never leave a bouquet at the doorstep, risking it being damaged or stolen.
How does the delivery of funeral flowers work?
If the delivery is to a church or crematorium/funeral home, we always deliver well before the ceremony, sometimes even the day before, depending on the availability of all parties involved. If the ceremony takes place before 10 a.m., we usually deliver the day before, which is why it’s important to order your funeral flowers 24 to 48 hours in advance.

How to write a condolence message?
A condolence message is personal. You can either address the deceased or the grieving family if you are more distant, or both.
On a ribbon, space is limited, so a brief word is preferable. For example: “To my dear husband” or “To our beloved dad.”
On a card, the message can be longer if you wish to say goodbye or share your full compassion with the immediate family.
